Toossi & Associates, Inc.'s Founder, President and CEO

Hamid K. Toossi, B.S.C.E., M.B.A.

When I founded Toossi and Associates, Inc. (TAI) in 1986, I recognized that the construction industry, in the United States and many other developing countries, was reaching a new level in building  and manufacturing technology, as well as project design complexity. I also recognized that parties involved in major construction projects were spending too much time in litigation in part due to a management style that had not kept up with increases in demand for innovative techniques in management and creative solutions to new and unique problems.

I built TAI on the premise that only a dynamic approach to production and management would most successfully synchronize these two most critical moving parts of the industry. TAI's continuous research and development effort fuels such dynamic approach.

Maintaining a versatile and diverse culture at TAI, continues to promote creative thinking and  innovation within all our strategic business units. It has also become the cornerstone of our organization, as well as a critical component of our longevity, growth, and success.
